Here at Andrew Chell Premier Student Homes, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality student homes for those attending Loughborough University. All our homes are furnished and maintained to the best standard so that the transition from home to term-time home is as seamless as possible. With a wide range of amenities as standard in our student homes, such as a TV point in every room connected to the digital TV aerial, as well as standard kitchen appliances, you will be able to easily relax when you’re not studying.
We understand that organising 3 different schedules to coincide with each other in order to view a house can be difficult. But we don’t let this stop us from giving you theopportunity to secure your dream 3-bedroom student house in Loughborough. If you’ve found the perfect house for you and your friends but can’t all find a day that suits you, we offer video tours of our properties. Of course, if you want to view in person, you can book your viewing online.
Moving to university and dealing with all the spinning plates that you previously may not have had to worry about can be quite a daunting prospect. This is why we set out to make our process as simple as possible when it comes to paying rent and bills. Our all-inclusive package means you have no bills to pay. The scheme covers Water Rates, TV License, Electric & Gas Supplies, Broadband Internet and Council Tax (Full-time students living in private accommodation occupied solely by students are exempt from paying council tax. Any unused allowance for electricity & gas is refunded at the end of the tenancy!
